Engagement season is in full effect and what better way to kick off the 2024 wedding season than the biggest wedding show of the year! Get ready to meet the Twin Ports area wedding community and meet face-to-face with us at Greene Frame Events!
Above all, wedding shows should be fun! Don't get overwhelmed and take a look at some of our pointers to help you make the most of the show!
Prioritize your focus on connecting with one or two vendor categories
With all the different types of vendors, venues, services, and products that you didn't know you needed, the show can be overwhelming. Coming to the show, don't expect to plan your entire wedding in one day, the wedding show should be about connecting. Having certain vendor categories in mind before attending the show will help you stay focused within the mix of chaos. Looking for that awesome DJ or perhaps it is rentals, whatever it may be, don't come into the wedding show without a plan. There is serious sensory overload at wedding shows so having a clear objective will make planning proactive.

Invite your crew, just a few, or the two of you!
Who you bring to the wedding show will determine what type of experience you have. There are thousands of people attending so who you have in your corner is crucial. Each person attending will need to purchase a ticket, I suggest buying the tickets in advance.

Bringing all your friends can be fun and making it a full-day event. It can get pretty crowded so having a meeting point will be helpful. Your crew can help you get your information to vendors while you're learning more about them and busy chatting.
If you're looking to take it easy, bring just your partner and make it a date, this can help you both get excited about planning. Consider someone super special like your mom (she'll be thrilled you thought of her!) or your bestie and grab brunch over in Canal Park at one of our favorite spots Lake Ave!

Bring address label stickers to enter giveaways quickly!
There are hella giveaways at the wedding show so having address labels pre-made can save you a ton of time so you can hit every booth. Include your name, partner's name, phone number, email, and wedding date or season with the year (ex. Fall 2025). This gives you time to talk to the vendors and get your questions asked, even better book a consultation with them if it's a vibe.
We can't wait to see you! Come say hi to us at the Duluth Wedding Show at booth # 69! - See you at the show!
